1994 BMW R100R Scrambler – Rebuilt to Perfection
🔧 Ground-Up Transformation
This isn’t just a refreshed motorcycle — it’s a complete ground-up rebuild of the iconic BMW R100R. Every nut and bolt has been inspected, and anything less than flawless has been replaced with modern, high-grade components. The result is a machine that feels new while retaining the unmistakable soul of a classic.
Custom CNC-machined parts give the bike a neat, tidy layout with a level of finish that makes it stand out. The wiring is discreet, the stance is purposeful, and the minimalist scrambler design gives this build a rugged yet sophisticated presence. It may very well be the only R100R in the world transformed into a scrambler with such immaculate execution.
🌀 The Legendary “Airhead” Heart
At its core lies BMW’s iconic Airhead engine — a 980cc air-cooled, two-valve, flat-twin boxer. The “Airhead” nickname comes from this family of engines, which were produced from the late 1960s through the mid-1990s. Renowned for their reliability, simplicity, and character, Airheads are celebrated by enthusiasts worldwide.
The twin Bing carburetors feed the engine with a smooth, predictable delivery, providing that signature Airhead experience: linear power, easy maintenance, and a distinctive boxer thrum. For riders who know, the combination of Bing carbs and a BMW boxer twin is part of motorcycling folklore.

🏁 Why It’s Special

It’s both a piece of history and a statement of craftsmanship — a motorcycle that will turn heads anywhere, whether on the street, at a café, or on a mountain pass.
